To Love , Honor & Cherish !!

I am the kind of person who cannot keep things inside me for long … It is very rare that I keep secrets… and mostly such secrets still remain secrets because of loads of dire threatening & warning … and yeah sometimes caution prevails and I vow myself to never utter a word outside about it … But if something is 'happening' in my own life… then it is sometimes a wonder that I do not climb the nearest mountain & shout it out till either my lungs or my throat give up...

There is a sweet turn of events in life … What can I say!! :-)

He came, he smiled and he conquered …

And one of the most difficult questions in my life was solved owing to a smile… :-)

I have always been fascinated by the Christian Sacred vows of Matrimony…
How true the words ring out ….

I take thee
to be my wedded husband/wife . .
to have and to hold..
from this day forward . . .
for better, for worse . . .
for richer, for poorer . . .
in sickness and in health . . .
'till death do us part . . . and thereto I plight you my troth.

Hmm…I will not get a chance to say these exact words...Because for one my marriage will be conducted in Sanskrit and I would be mostly put into mute …
But in my heart of hearts I will be singing out loud & clear … :-)

“I do…”

Signing off
Sundari

Secrets !! Everybody has some !!!.. some can keep them .. some will have to erupt like volcano spreading the heat wave … Well.. now I am going to do the later ;o)

I met this girl who had the charm to make me realise what really lies within me…….. One thing.. I treasured the most is that she believed in me like no one ever has …

From that day I told myself….. ‘I will give in everything to keep her smiling not just the days to come but every second she is with me’……

Almost all the religions convey the same meaning.it is a pity that you don't understand the meaning, because you don't know the language.

To Karthik
Thanks for everything honey !!
To Prady
Thanks for commenting di ..I know it is really boring to comment..but I know it was a heartfelt one ...
To Suraj
I have watched Seinfeld once or twice ... good that you left the link ...now I know who's who in the series ..
:-))

To amma

illa ma... am not saying that the christian kind of ceremony is better ...it is just that there is no clear understanding of ours becos of the language barrier (as u said) ... & ours includes a lot of rituals..so keeping track of all of them is a bit hard...while the christian marriage has only one main thing..just a vow taken in front of god ... very simple ...
but again ...we (Indians - Hindus) like a lot of variety (owing to the plurality of our culture) and it should be like it is now...

Hey!

You seem to have disappeared from the blogging world.

Whats up? Do write something new or is Karthik to blame for this disappearance act.
